At my biggest in-person event, a group of creatives gave me a standing ovation to which I blushed & pointed the bunch of flowers in my hand back at them to honour those beautiful women for who they were

On that day they nicknamed me 'the Creative Mastermind' but my friends still call me Joy-Cat. From as far back as I can remember, I've been encouraging people to find the joy they need from within! That's always been the mission - a more mindful creative way to show them how resilient they really are & how they can fall back in love with their lives while building on the dreams they had before the pressures of life became a hot pot of overwhelm
